1st: MAN LAW Grill Topper

Char grilling over an open fire couldn’t get much easier that this!
The MAN LAW Grill Topper is over ½ a meter in length! (Hey in technical terms it’s a whopping 52.3x32.2cm!)
Thick gauge stainless steel material - it has a perforated and a flat plate section so you can cook directly over the fire. Or maybe push those coals to one side so you can rest that BBQ’d meat on the flat to soak up all those beautiful juices.
Now there’s a BBQ Champion who knows how to play with his coals !
With practical handles for easy manoeuvrability!

3rd: The Huge Cool Bag (very cool!)

Insulated cool bag specially designed and constructed, made from tough, 'space age' reflective woven fabric with extra thick insulation.
Zip-sealed lid has an access hatch which is hook-loop sealed to the lid. This saves having to un-zip the entire lid to put something in or get something out of the bag, makes sure the temperature of the other items in the bag is maintained. Smart design!
The bag also has a pockets, shoulder strap, etc etc .....

Lucky Last: The Recipes....

Order of cooking (copy / paste & print this bit out so you have it on hand):

Put the lamb shoulder on first - have it butterflied and place in the hamburger basket so it's easy to turn
Garlic, Salt & Pepper King Prawn Skewers (cooked on the perforated side of the Grill Topper)
Hamburgers for the kids .... When the lamb is done - take it out of the hamburger basket, wrap it in foil & keep it warm on the side of the BBQ - this will allow it to rest and be even more tender & yummy
Pineapple with Macadamias and Ice Cream (cooked on the solid side of the Grill Topper)
