Temperature range up to 104°C showing when potato is done in the centre – so you don’t have to cut to see. You just push the short probe into the potato, put them into 4 potatoes if you like, and then put the potatoes in the oven or BBQ. The dial will show the temp in the centre (where the end of the probe is sitting) and you just take them out and serve when the pointer points to ‘Done’!
